Terms of Service

By creating an account or using AlienAlgoAI ("AlienAlgo", "the Service") you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

AlienAlgo provides trading analysis, tools and automation software: charts for forex, metals, indices, crypto and Deriv synthetic indices, technical analysis, a macro-bias board, news and economic-calendar analysis, an AI workspace, setups/signals, risk tools and MT5 automation. Available instruments and features can vary by provider and account. It is an information and software tool, not a broker, fund, or financial adviser.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information; disposable/temporary emails may be blocked.

3. Purchases & billing

• The core workspace can be used without a paid subscription. Signal Credits and time-limited automation access may be offered as one-time purchases; current items, prices, taxes and payment methods are shown before you pay.
• A purchase does not renew unless the checkout page expressly says that it will. If a recurring purchase is offered, its renewal terms and cancellation method will be displayed at checkout.
• Payment processing is provided by third parties. Failed or reversed payments may delay, restrict or suspend the related paid access.

Digital services and Signal Credits are supplied when payment is confirmed. Except where required by applicable law, purchases are non-refundable after credits have been added or the service has been accessed. Contact support promptly about a billing error. Nothing in these terms limits statutory cancellation, refund, or consumer rights that apply to you.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break security, scrape at scale, disrupt the service, or resell/redistribute it without permission. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

AlienAlgo does not hold client money, execute orders, manage portfolios, or act as your broker. Features are not offered where their use would be unlawful or require a licence AlienAlgo does not hold. You must determine whether use is permitted where you live and obtain independent financial, legal, and tax advice where appropriate.

6. Automation

MT5 automation executes at your broker via an Expert Advisor in your own terminal. Execution depends on your broker, connection and market conditions (spread, slippage, rejections, gaps). You are responsible for monitoring your account and can disable automation at any time.

7. Third-party dependencies

The Service relies on third parties (infrastructure, payment processors, market-data, news and AI providers). We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, acts or omissions. Data may be delayed or inaccurate.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlienAlgo is not liable for trading losses or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update the Service and these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence applies. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory rights.
