Overview
The platform covers forex, metals, indices, crypto and a growing catalogue of Deriv synthetic indices, including Volatility, Boom/Crash, Step/Multi Step, Jump, Range Break, Drift Switch, DEX and Hybrid families. Instrument support can differ between charts, analysis, signals and MT5 automation. It runs in the browser and installs as a mobile app (PWA); automation connects to MetaTrader 5 through a licensed Expert Advisor in the trader's own terminal.
How AlienAlgo works
AlienAlgo layers several stages of analysis into one flow, each feeding the next:
Live market data feeds the charts and the technical layer (structure, key levels, volume, indicators). A macro-bias engine adds fundamental and currency-strength context. A news feed and economic calendar add event context. The AI workspace reads all of this to answer questions and commit to a directional read. Setups and signals turn that into concrete entries, stops and targets, which risk-management tools size — and MT5 automation can execute and manage.
Who it is for
- Discretionary traders who want technical, macro and news context in one place instead of five browser tabs.
- Systematic/semi-auto traders who want computed setups and signals with a clear entry/stop/target structure.
- MT5 users who want to monitor and automate execution through their own terminal.
- Newer traders who want plain-English explanations of what the market, macro bias and news are saying.
How AlienAlgo differs from the alternatives
vs. a generic AI chatbot
A general chatbot has no live market data, charts, macro bias, signals or broker link. AlienAlgo's AI works inside the trading workspace with live chart bars, computed structure, the macro-bias board, the calendar and your MT5 account, so answers are grounded in current context.
vs. a traditional signal service
A signal service usually just sends alerts. AlienAlgo shows the analysis behind a setup, lets you ask the AI why, tracks live and closed performance, and can execute through MT5 — signals are outputs of a transparent workflow, not a black box.
vs. a chart-only platform
A charting tool draws the market but doesn't reason about it. AlienAlgo adds a macro-bias board, news and event analysis, an AI workspace and MT5 automation on top of the chart.
vs. a standalone news / calendar tool
A news or calendar site lists events. AlienAlgo interprets them — committing to how a release leans for the currency and related pairs, indices, commodities and crypto — and can feed that into a news filter for automation.
What AlienAlgo includes
The main areas are the AI workspace and AI chat, the macro-bias board, news analysis, the economic calendar, signals and A/B/C setups, technical-analysis tools (key levels, volume/liquidity, VWAP, moving averages), bar replay, risk management, the PnL calendar and MT5 automation with a news filter. Each is explained on the features page.
Honest limitations
AlienAlgo is an analysis and automation tool, not a guarantee. Signals, setups and AI analysis are analytical outputs, not guaranteed outcomes. Live data, news and AI services can be delayed or temporarily unavailable, and real broker execution can differ from analysis because of spread, slippage and market conditions. Traders remain responsible for their own decisions and risk.
