Account data

The email address you register with, and any profile details you choose to provide.

Usage data

Your settings, saved chart layouts, drawings, watchlist and AI chat history. We store these so that your workspace is available across your devices.

Trading and account data

If you connect MetaTrader 5, the Expert Advisor running in your own terminal sends us your account state and trade history. We never receive your broker login or password.

Payment data

Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers or wallet details.

Technical data

Standard server logs, such as request metadata, used to operate and secure the service. We do not log passwords, keys or tokens.

Public-site measurement

Daily aggregate page-view counts by country (derived at the hosting edge), public landing section and external referrer hostname. These totals contain no IP address, account identifier, cookie ID, device fingerprint or individual visitor journey, and are retained for up to 90 days.

• To provide and personalise the platform, including your workspace, analysis, signals and automation.
• To manage accounts, process payments, administer Signal Credits and purchased feature access, and provide support.
• To secure the service and prevent abuse.

Where UK or EEA data-protection law applies, we process account and service data to perform our contract with you; security and service-improvement data in pursuit of our legitimate interests; and data where we are required to do so by law. Where we rely on consent, we will ask for it, and you may withdraw it.

We use service providers to operate the platform, including cloud and infrastructure, payment processing, market-data and news, and AI/LLM providers. They process data only to deliver their part of the service. We do not sell your personal data.

Some providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections.

We use essential sign-in cookies and local storage to maintain your session and settings. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Public-site measurement relies on daily aggregates only: it sets no analytics cookie and does not identify individual visitors. Where required, we display a consent notice.

We keep account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. Unverified accounts may be removed after a set period. You may request deletion of your account and associated data.

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it, unless we must retain it for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes.
