What is AlienAlgoAI?
An AI-assisted trading analysis and automation platform that combines live charts and technical analysis, a macro-bias board, news and economic-calendar analysis, an AI chat workspace, trade setups and signals, risk-management tools and MT5 automation in one workspace — for forex, metals, indices and crypto.
Is AlienAlgo free?
The core workspace is available without a paid subscription, with daily allowances on some features. Signal Credits unlock eligible live signals, and time-limited MT5 automation access is available separately. The app shows current availability and terms.
Does AlienAlgo guarantee profits or a win rate?
No. Signals, setups and AI analysis are analytical outputs, not guaranteed outcomes. Trading carries risk of loss, execution can differ from analysis, and nothing on the platform is financial advice.
How is the AI different from ChatGPT or Claude?
A general chatbot has no live market wiring. AlienAlgo's AI works inside the trading workspace with live chart bars, computed structure, the macro-bias board, the news feed, the economic calendar and your connected MT5 account — so its answers are grounded in current context, not general knowledge alone.
Do I need to keep a computer running to auto-trade?
MT5 automation runs through an Expert Advisor in a MetaTrader 5 terminal, which needs to be running (a PC or a VPS) for orders to execute. If you can't keep one on, you can still use AlienAlgo for analysis, signals and setups and place trades manually in your broker app.
Which markets does it cover?
Forex, metals, indices, crypto and Deriv synthetic indices, including Volatility (including 1-second), Boom/Crash, Step/Multi Step, Jump, Range Break, Drift Switch, DEX and Hybrid families. Available features can vary by instrument and provider; check the instrument selector and your MT5 terminal for current symbol availability.
Does AlienAlgo need my broker password?
No. The MT5 link uses a licensed Expert Advisor in your own terminal, authenticated by a token. AlienAlgo never receives your broker login or password.
What is the Macro Bias board?
A single per-pair directional read (bullish / bearish / neutral) with a score, built from fundamental and currency-strength inputs plus technical context, shown consistently across the board, watchlist and chart.
Where does the data come from?
Market data is aggregated from multiple providers with automatic failover; news from reputable financial feeds; the economic calendar from a macroeconomic data source. Data can be delayed and is indicative, not an execution feed. See data sources.
Is it just a signal service?
No — signals are one output of a broader, transparent workflow (charts, macro bias, news, AI workspace, risk tools, MT5 automation) with live and closed-signal performance you can review.
Some features have daily allowances; Signal Credits and optional automation access are shown in the app. Trading FX, CFDs, crypto and synthetic indices carries a high risk of loss. Nothing here is financial advice.
