Last updated: 5 August 2026. By creating an affiliate account, sharing your referral link, or accepting any commission, you (the “Affiliate”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not participate in the program. In these Terms, “AlienAlgo”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of AlienAlgo AI; “Referred User” means a person who creates an AlienAlgo account through your referral link and “Premium” means a paid AlienAlgo subscription.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your participation is lawful where you live. We may approve, decline, suspend or remove any affiliate account at our discretion. Accounts must be registered with accurate information and a verifiable email address.
You earn 25% of the amount actually paid for a qualifying purchase — a Signal Credit pack whose base price, before VAT, is £99.99 or more. Purchases below that threshold, and auto-trading (EA access) bought on its own, do not earn commission. Where a single checkout combines items, commission is paid on the qualifying credit line only. This is 25% of the amount actually paid by each Referred User on every successful Premium payment, including their first upgrade and every subsequent renewal, for as long as that user remains subscribed and in good standing. Commission is calculated on the net amount received by AlienAlgo for the subscription, excluding taxes, currency-conversion costs, processor fees, refunds and chargebacks. The commission rate shown on your dashboard is the rate that applies to you; we may change prospective rates on notice, but changes do not reduce commissions already accrued.
A referral qualifies only when the Referred User (a) signs up through your valid referral link or code, (b) is a genuine, new, distinct third party, and (c) completes a real, paid Premium payment that clears and is not reversed. Attribution is determined by our systems and records, which are final. Only one affiliate may be credited per Referred User (first valid attribution). Commissions are earned strictly on cleared payments — not on clicks, sign-ups, trials, free periods, promotional (£0) invoices, or promised future payments.
Commissions are paid in cryptocurrency to the wallet you add and verify. You are solely responsible for providing a correct wallet address and network; payments sent to an address or network you supplied cannot be recovered. Commissions appear as pending and become payable after the underlying payment has cleared and cleared our standard review and anti-fraud holding period.
Payout speed depends on how the Referred User paid. When a Referred User pays with cryptocurrency, funds settle quickly and your commission can be released fast. When a Referred User pays by card, Stripe or other bank-backed method, the payment is subject to the processor's standard settlement and refund/chargeback window (typically several business days, and longer in some regions), and your commission is only released after that clearance period. We may set a minimum payout threshold and a regular payout schedule, and may batch payouts. Network / gas fees may be deducted from payouts.
If a payment underlying a commission is refunded, disputed, charged back, reversed, or found to be fraudulent, the associated commission is void. Any amount already paid to you for such a payment may be deducted from your future commissions or reclaimed by us. Recurring commissions stop automatically when a Referred User cancels, downgrades, lapses, or their payment fails.
You must not: (a) refer yourself or use your own link to obtain Premium for yourself or accounts you control (self-referral); (b) create fake, duplicate or incentivised sign-ups, or use bots, cookie-stuffing, click fraud or forced clicks; (c) spam, send unsolicited bulk messages, or violate any anti-spam, telemarketing or messaging law; (d) bid on, register or use AlienAlgo trademarks, brand names, common misspellings or domains in paid search, ads, social handles or URLs, or impersonate AlienAlgo; (e) make false, misleading or exaggerated claims — in particular any promise, guarantee or prediction of trading profit, income, or returns; (f) present AlienAlgo as financial, investment or trading advice, or as a regulated financial service; (g) market to jurisdictions where AlienAlgo or its products are restricted, or to persons under 18; (h) offer unauthorised cash rebates or your own incentives in AlienAlgo's name. Breach of this section may result in forfeiture of all unpaid commissions and immediate termination.
You are an independent promoter and must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate/material relationship with AlienAlgo wherever you promote (e.g. as required by the FTC, ASA/CAP and equivalent rules in your market). You must comply with all applicable advertising, consumer-protection, financial-promotion and data-protection laws. You are solely responsible for your content, channels and the accuracy of what you publish, and you must include appropriate risk warnings that trading carries a high risk of loss.
All earnings examples and tables on this page are illustrations only and are not a promise or guarantee of income. Actual earnings depend entirely on how many people you refer, whether they pay, and how long they stay subscribed — many affiliates may earn little or nothing. Trading foreign exchange, CFDs and other leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. AlienAlgo provides software, analytics and education, and does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Nothing you promote should state otherwise.
You are solely responsible for determining, reporting and paying any taxes, duties or levies arising from commissions you receive. Commissions are paid gross unless withholding is required by law. You may be asked to provide tax or identity information before payout, and we may withhold payouts until it is provided.
You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint-venture or franchise relationship. You have no authority to bind AlienAlgo, incur liabilities on our behalf, or make representations or warranties for us. You will bear your own costs of participating.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the referral links and marketing assets we provide, solely to promote AlienAlgo under these Terms. All AlienAlgo names, logos and marks remain our property. This licence ends automatically when your participation ends, and we may require you to remove our assets at any time.
Either party may terminate participation at any time, for any reason, on notice. We may suspend or withhold payouts during investigation of suspected fraud, abuse or breach. On termination for breach or fraud, unpaid commissions are forfeited. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the program, its features, rates (prospectively) or these Terms at any time; your continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We will use reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes.
We process personal data (yours and, where applicable, referral-tracking data) in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law. You must handle any personal data you collect while promoting AlienAlgo lawfully and only for permitted purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlienAlgo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost earnings, arising from the program. Our total aggregate liability to you under these Terms will not exceed the total commissions properly payable to you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold AlienAlgo harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your participation, your content, or your breach of these Terms or any law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and AlienAlgo regarding the affiliate program and supersede any prior understanding.
